Choose the size around your layout
A seated meal, standing reception and lounge setup need different amounts of usable space. Use the listed dimensions as a starting point, then describe your guest count, tables, seating, bar and circulation routes. Dimensions alone are not a guaranteed guest capacity. Compare tent-and-lounge configurations before choosing.
Check the ground, access and weather plan
Include the surface type, usable measurements, nearby trees or structures, and access for loading and setup. Tell us about underground services and any venue restrictions on pegs or anchoring. Site suitability, installation arrangements and weather precautions must be confirmed before booking; photographs are not a safety assessment for your venue.
Make your quotation complete
Request your event date, preferred tent size and colour, furniture quantities, lighting and hire duration together. Confirm delivery and collection, setup and takedown responsibilities, any venue permissions, and the payment and cancellation terms.
